CA Omesh Gupta was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1970 and has served this profession for more than 45 Years. He looked after the entire range of practice relating to Direct Taxes including search & Seizure cases, Appeals, ITAT cases, planning for corporate, non-resident Indians and issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, and Taxation. He was a regular speaker on Direct Taxes. He left this world for heavenly journey in 2014 but his teachings and principles will always guide R C Gupta & co. and he will always remain an inspiration for us.
